After your enquiry we will send you our non-binding offer by e-mail.
Once you decided our offer, you will receive a final reservation confirmation after the deposit payment.
In the case of group travel (of two persons or more), the group leader shall be liable for the contract and the entire group.

Terms of Payment:

Deposit:
For the receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 350€ of the total travel price is due within 14 days. The deposit is to be paid to our business account.

Final payment:
The remaining payment will be on arrival.

Travel Services:
The travel services can be viewed on our Internet portal. The final travel services will be displayed in the offer and are contractually binding.

Cancellation Terms:
You can cancel the trip by Email before the start date.
No additional fees will be charged for the participation of a substitute (see under Replacement persons).

In the case of a cancellation the following flat-rate compensation is payable to us due to the usual expenses and reservations, wich are listed according to the period of the cancellation.

Cancellation fees:
Up to 20 days before departure: 350€ of the total travel expenses (deposit payment). You can reschedule the booking without losing the deposit payment 20 days before the camp starts and using it as a credit for other reservations.

  
The rules apply irrespective of the reason for the cancellation and also when a medical certificate is submitted.

Replacement:
If a traveler or a person in the group can not make the trip, there is the possibility to substitute another person in their place before the start of the trip. The traveler or the group leader must notify in writing of any changes.
No additional fees will be charged.

Date changes:
After the payment of the travel expenses, there is no legal claim for changes regarding the date of travel 20 days before the camp starts.
If the customer nevertheless wants to make a change regarding the travel date after the booking of the trip 20 days before the programm starts, costs will be the same of cancellation fees.

The organizer is able to cancel the program at any time. The deposit payment will be rufunded to the customer or he has the option to reschedule the reservation.

Liability:
The participation in any kind of Sports activities and excursions during the travel period is the liability of the travel participant or travel group. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded. We do not accept liability for accidents or injury.
We recommend you organize your own travel health insurance.
