Sample schedule of 7 days:

Our training programs are designed by our professional Caoch Shahab who trains Manny World and European champions.

Beginners, intermediate and advanced level in Boxing have the opportunity to join his 7 days professional training to get fit or fitter and improve their boxing skills.

One special feature of our training camp is the uniquely satisfying workout. While the workouts are challenging and intense, the sessions are always fun because the exercises affect not just your body but your mind as well.

 

Whether your goal is to increase your physical fitness or elevate your boxing skill to greater level, you will enjoy your experience to the fullest.


The sample schedule of days and time can vary...

 

Day 1:

  • 10:00 jogging in the national park of Albir and overall strength, stamina and tactical Boxing movements.
  • 14:00 free time on the beach
  • 17:00 training in our Gym as heavy bag, hand speed, special strength and conditioning in Boxing.
  • 20:00 local Excursion to Altea casco antiguo

Day 2:

  • 10:00 beach training in Calpe, Boxing foot work drills on the sand, Aerobic and anaerobic endurance, special pad work in the see.
  • 15:00 Excursion to Algar waterfalls and swimming in the waterfalls
  • 19:00 Gym workout as coordination and balance and boxing partner training.

Day 3:

  • 10:00 Altitude training in our 12.000 square meter boxing camp in the mountains as circuit training and reduction overall body fat program.
  • 15:00 Excursion to castle of Guadalest
  • 19:00 Jogging on the beach of Altea and tactical movements.

Day 4:

  • 10:00 mountain hiking in Ifach of Calpe (2-3 hours) shadowboxing, mental training.
  • 19:00 Gym: Heavy bag work and interval followed by recovery time in the swimming pool and Sauna.

Day 5:

  • 10:00 Beach training in Benidorm Poniente as Boxing steps, foot work and agility.
  • 15:00 Excursion: city sight seeing Benidorm
  • 19:00 Gym: Explosive heavy pad work and controlled sparring  following by swimming in the gym and recovery time in Jacuzzi and Sauna

Day 6:

  • 10:00 Training in our Boxing camp in the mountains as altitude training: Skipping day, tactical movements in our Boxing ring and improvement of efficiently use of oxygen in Boxing.
  • 14:00 recovery time on the beach
  • 17:00 Beach training in Villajoyosa: partner training and combinations on the sand, special techniques and movement for the fight.

Day 7:

  • 10:00 Gym: Sparring day (adapted to all levels)
  • 14:00 National park visit
  • 16:00 recovery time
  • 19:00 Gym: General conditioning exercises and reaction exercises.
